Returns & Refunds
Baby Domain doesn’t sell or ship products directly. Every "Buy now" button on our site sends you to Amazon.com.au, and your purchase is handled by Amazon — including payment, shipping, returns and refunds.
If you need to return something you bought via a Baby Domain link
Returns and refunds for any purchase are managed by Amazon under their own returns policy:
- Most baby products purchased via Amazon AU are returnable within 30 days of receipt.
- You can start a return from Your Orders → Return or replace items in your Amazon account.
- Refunds are issued by Amazon to your original payment method, usually within 3–5 business days of the returned item being received.

If a product we recommended doesn’t live up to our review
We genuinely care about getting our recommendations right. If a product we suggested didn’t perform the way we said it would, please email us at [email protected] with the order details and a quick note on what went wrong. We’ll log it, re-test where we can, and either update or pull the recommendation. We can’t issue you a refund (Amazon handles the money), but your feedback genuinely changes what we publish.
Australian consumer rights
Your purchase is also covered by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) regardless of any return policy. If a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what’s reasonably expected of it, you have the right to a repair, replacement or refund through the seller.
