Reading reviews prior to purchasing, some people bought this as their child doesn’t link the noise of regular clippers. For parents in this category, I would say these child clippers have the same noise level and vibration as an electric toothbrush. Consequently, lower than regular clippers, but not completely silent. The main positive for me is, due to their design, there is no risk of drawing blood when clipping around the ears or neck.
