Ordered this after the birth of my third child bc I remembered how hard it was to clip tiny baby fingernails. Comes with lots of attachments and instructions on which one to use for what ages. My toddlers (2yo twins) love it, I love it, and my newborn loves it. I started using this when she was one week old and was impressed with the gentleness and effectiveness. Now at 4 weeks old I just filed her nails and she literally fell asleep while I was doing it. Well worth the money! Only suggestion I have would be for the company to somehow put the instructions for which pieces to use on the actual case or product in case one loses the instructions booklet.

I have tried to use hand held files, and regular clippers and i hate both. The hand held file was never good enough and the nail clippers worked okay until i accidentally clipped my babies skin a little bit and will never use them again! I felt so horrible and immediately bought this electric file. I had it in my registery but never bought it because i didn’t think it was necessary, but now I am SOOO glad that I did. It works so quickly and smoothly. my baby doesn’t mind it AT ALL like he did with the hand held file clippers. He smiled at me and very fascinated at what i was doing. It does not hurt him at all and it makes me feel so much better that i have an easy and safe way of trimming his monster baby claws !Bonus: it comes with different types of files for ages 0mon all the way at 12+ and also includes a set for Adults!
